Seeking Compensation for Prolonged Aadhaar Delay

My Aadhaar enrolment process has exceeded 15 months across two applications and multiple grievances. The 180-day statutory timeline for the 2nd application is about to expire. My first application was rejected citing a vague “technical error” without valid reason. Due to continued non-issuance, I am unable to activate my PAN or complete mandatory GST registrations, effectively blocking my lawful right to carry on business and earn a livelihood for over 15 months. Can I seek compensation?
