Schedule Tribe(St) caste certificate issue

Person is living in uttar pradesh. He belongs to BHAR caste which is OBC in uttar pradesh. but BHAR caste is in ST in MADHYA Pradesh. can person get ST caste certificate from Madhya pradesh for availing reservation in central govt jobs

This certificate can only be obtained where the person is domicile and nowhere else. Therefore one must apply his area DM for the concerned certificate. Also perhaps you will have to obtain domicile certificate as well.
