SC Caste Certificate for married women

Girl from uttarakhand married to a boy from UP, applied for caste certificate in uttarakhand as her family belongs to SC Category. Lekhpal is objecting and asked to apply from husband's address. Can lekhpal object? If not, what should we do? and if yes, which law or rule states this? Need Help

no this is not a valid ground for objection. hope you have got the caste certificate by now, otherwise you can approach the court for a direction to the lekhpal, ask the lekhpal to decide your application, if he rejects it you can approach the high court.
