The high court has given order in our favour but after that review petition is filed by respondents in 2019 and after filing of review petition, respondents expired since then review petition is pending

Since one of the parties has passed away, the suit will be defended by the legal heirs of the defendant. If they do not contest it. It will be disposed off. You must inform the court about the expiry of the defendant in written application. The court will grant the legal heirs some time to amend the memo of parties. If the LRs do not do it the same will be dispossessed off.
