Restrictions on giving Home tutions

Hello sir/maam, My mother is the only earning person in my family and she is a kindergarten teacher, to support my education and to help the slow learners she gives home tution to less than 10 students for 2 hours for 5 days a week. She charges 30rs per hour. The apartment society restricted my mother to do so as they said it's a commercial activity and it causes security threat to the apartment. Please suggest what can we do.
Imparting education is never a commercial activity file a suit for injenction restraining the society or if the society has passed any resolution in accordance with by laws. You can contend that imparting education is not a commercial activity there are catena of decisions on this point by the supreme court of Indai
