Registered Partnership Firm But Not Updated

The partnership firm is registered in 2020. After that many times it has been reconstituted but not intimated to registrar still can we file suit if others are not in opinion There is dispute with them .....validity of the firm registration exist or not

As an advocate, The firm's original registration is valid. However, the non-intimation of reconstitutions to the Registrar could severely hamper your ability to file a suit, especially those arising from contract, due to the bar imposed by Section 69 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932. Your ability to proceed will largely depend on the specific nature of the suit and whether it falls under any of the exceptions to Section 69.
