Yes, there is a legal way to help your daughter complete her degree through online mode, provided the university allows it. In India, the University Grants Commission (UGC) regulates higher education and has allowed recognized universities to offer degrees through online or distance learning under specific conditions. If your daughter's university is UGC-approved and offers the same course in online or Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode, she can apply for a transfer or seek special permission from the university administration. Her current medical condition and visa restrictions can serve as valid grounds for the university to consider her case sympathetically. You should submit a formal application to the university's Registrar or Dean, attaching her medical reports, visa documents, and a request for course completion via online mode. Mention her academic performance and willingness to follow university guidelines remotely. If the university denies, you may file a representation before the UGC or even approach the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution, citing her Right to Education and medical constraints. Always consult a legal expert or education consultant to guide you through university policies and ensure compliance with UGC norms for online degrees. any
