Regarding Simultaneous degree- 1995-1996

1. While pursuing my M. A-II year,I Came across an advertisement in 1995 ,offering B ed through DLP simultaneously from alagappa university and joined the b ed course and completed it. 2. Now after 16 longs years they ordered recovery for MA incentives. Pls help how to approach and handle this issue.
