Regarding Notary marriage if witness sign with wrong name

Sir i am little bit confused on matter .That day i witnesssed a marriage under Special Marriage Act Declaref by Nottary .Sir I signed with my nickname .Is there chance for creation of any problem

First of all, how you witnessed marriage under special marriage act before a notary? In a special marriage case, you have to get registered before the sub-registry or marriage registrar as per section 5 and section 15. It was a declaration which you have made before the notary. and if you have any confusion regarding your signature, then you can make a fresh certificate for your satisfaction where you'll sign in full signature.
