Regarding my past work at Bank

03-Aug-2026 (In Civil Law)
I worked as probationery officer in grameen bank till 2022 oct. It has been 4 yrs almost since i resigned but sometimes I get anxious what if something turns up from my past work. Most of the work I did under my manager supervision but some was done in his absence. I didn't do any fraud or any dishonest work. What should I do remove this anxiety. I did send a mail to my bank last month to check all of my work but they didn't respond

Based on the facts you have shared, there is no legal reason to assume that liability will arise merely because you worked in the bank four years ago. If you acted honestly, followed bank procedures, and performed your duties in good faith under the supervision of your manager, there is no basis to keep assuming that something will suddenly surface. If the bank had any concern regarding your work, it would normally initiate an internal inquiry or contact you with specific allegations. The fact that your email seeking clarification was not responded to does not imply that there is any issue pending against you. If you continue to experience anxiety despite the absence of any actual complaint or notice, it may help to speak with a mental health professional, as persistent worry without any concrete basis can become a health issue rather than a legal one. If you ever receive any official notice from the bank or any authority, consult a lawyer immediately and respond appropriately. Until then, there is no need to assume the worst.
