Regarding KYC when receiving parcel from abroad

17-Jul-2024 (In Civil Law)
I am receiving few things from abroad and after it was booked and AWB generated, I came to know that I need to do KYC to receive this. I have uploaded ID proof but address proof is where I am having issues. Address mentioned in my ID proof is not the same where I am located currently so I have given my current address. Now, I have Electricity and Gas connection bills to show as proof which I uploaded as proof of address but they are getting rejected as they mention different land marks.

v good. now create a tent agreement with new location details and landmarks. get a temporary address change in one of your govt ID and get back your parcel. since this response must have 200 words, at least, I'm writing this statement. bcs this portal doesn't believe in point-to-point precise advice!

Ask the consignor company if it would accept an Affidavit. Get a good lawyer to draft a proper affidavit in this regard, get the same notarised/apostilled (whichever is required and applicable). In case nothing works out, enter into written communication with the company. Please be very precise, sharp and specific while dealing through written communication.
