Sir I am a permanent railway employee in Rolling Stock Workshop DAHOD ( gujrat) in Western Railway
I was a mcf categery post grade pay 4200 and last year my department deomted me on the basis of medical basis at the grade pay 1800. My department has not get any agreement from me. And I have lodged a court case Through CAT ahemdabad. I want to 4200 or 2800 grade pay acoirding to my mefical categary but not agree with 1800 grade pay. Now i am working in 1800 grade pay peon post without my willing
Since you've filed a case in CAT, Ahm'd ; the available legal remedy is already applied for. Now you wait for the decision. If favourable, arrears are to be paid. If not in favour, Writ petition/ SLP before the Hon'ble High Court.
