porta cabin rules and regulations is it considered under covered?

i had bought a 300 sq yard ground floor. it in an old consutruction so it doesnot have stilt parking. i had a shaft size 15x12ft i want to cover 10ftx12ft shaft with porta cabin... i want to know the legality of porta cabin as it comes under temporary structure... the rest of the house is made according to the government norms.
does porta cabin comes under covered area and can someone take any legal action against it in the long run
please advice
porta cabin can be constructed in Delhi if the plot size is what you have mentioned but the usage of porta cabin is to be done for the Guard Room. legally it can be done and unless there is some nuisance or any disturbance to any neighbour then no one can take any legal action against that.
