PH Category denied in Recuitment process by NESTS

Under advt for direct recruitment for various posts by NESTS under Ministry of Tribal Affairs, I Rajesh Kumar applied for the post of Principal in EMRS Schools in June 2023. I qualified the written test and interview, but denied candidature in last stage citing that my PwBD category (OH-OL) is not as per advertisement. I need to know 1. Under what sections/laws I can present my case in a court of law. 2. Which High Court or CAT should I present my case 3. Format of compiling the case Pl help

u cqn file it to high court if hp its a service matter u can contact sevenfiveninetriplezeroeighttripleone and tell me the entire case will guide u and institute the same for u. Just make a call dont worry it will be done
