Change of mother's name in 10th marksheet,from my step mother's name to my actual mother's name

You should first contact the 10th Exam Board authorities and based on their instructions, you can submit suppoorting documents along with an affidavit, if needed. In case the Board officials refuse to entertain your request, you can seek legal recourse.
