Pension Of Widow After Remarriage

Women getting pension from maharashtra state govt. From last 4 year Now she is married to other person can still she avail pension.under maharshtra govt

Women is a very general term used here, the woman, is she a widow? a divorcee? is she a wife of government servant? is she herself a government servant? if she is a Wife of a government servant, if she herself is one, - Then her pension will continue. if she is a widow of a non government servant as is getting pension from pension schemes - then her pension might stop. Need more clarity to help you better.
