PayProtection & DNI on permnent absorptin without any selection proces

I was transferred on permanent absorption with in Dept of Space/ ISRO from a centre to an autonomous body on request on 26 june 2015. My last pay certificate reads DNI 1st july 2015. Now this increment has been denied to me in the autonomous body saying that service in AB is started as a fresh and increment can be given only after completing 6 months.

The department cannot deny such increment. When an employee is transferred on the basis of absorption, he is entitled to pay fixation of his last drawn salary and increments as if he has been working on previous post. Denial of such increment amounts to violation of article 14/16 of constitution of India. You can challenge the reasoning given by department before appropriate court.
