Passport renewal by wife with her pre wedding name.

I have asked the same question today. My original question was as follows...
Can a wife living separately renew her passport using her pre wedding name in India?
I have received the answer that she can do it, if she had not changed her name after marriage.
I would like to inform you that we have marriage certificate in our name with her changed name after marriage.
Please guide me.
Divorce case is in progress till date.
Can I seek the details of her passport to check the reality and how?
1. Can the wife renew her passport in her maiden (pre-wedding) name?
If your wife officially changed her name after marriage (e.g., reflected in the marriage certificate, Aadhaar, PAN, or other documents), and she has used the new name in official records, then legally she should renew her passport in the post-marriage name.
However, if she chooses to continue using her maiden name, she must not have changed it in official records — or she must apply for a reversion to her maiden name by following the legal procedure

Certainly, yes either you can file an application before the Court and seek order for directions to wife for submitting the photocopy of her passport.
Or either you can write to Regional Passport Office is regards to the mischief played by her and ask Passport office to take criminal actions against her.
