Passport office show cause notice related

I applied for my passport renewal and I got passport through courier. After 1 month i received show cause notice that the cases are suppressed in the renewal application and the police Department sent post clearance certificate that I have two case are pending in the court u/s 506 (2), 294 (b), 323 , 147,148. Pls help me

hi alocious here I can well understand your concern from the query raised, if you have suppressed those facts in reality, then your passport will have to be surrendered back unless you obtain clearance certificate by closing the trial, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications
