Parking issue with neighbors - encroachment of space

Hi, we have filed a complaint with the police as a few of our neighbors have banded together to occupy our parking space. We have a signed map from the builder that confirms the space is ours. One of the neighbors is a lawyer and has disputed this in a civil suit that is currently in court. While the matter is yet to be decided in court, he has parked his vehicle in the space that we've been using for the past 2.5 years. The SHO has said they will impose 750 on him. What does 750 mean here?
