The whole rectangle of land used to be our grandfather's.
So we sold the middle part to person A.
We also included freeway can be used only for walking/Vehicle passing while registering to 'A'
But A has sold to B saying-This freeway can be used for walking, parking of vehicles and also all the rights belong to B for Drainage, Electric installation.
Now we cant install drainage because of them.
And my granddad did witness sign for them not knowing these.
send me copy of sale deeds or whatever deed executed by you in favour of that third party then I can say what needs to be done also let me know how is he obstructing from installation he is physically preventing by ise of forces
