“यदि किसी जमीन पर पहले से Original Suit लंबित है, तब भी उसकी रजिस्ट्री हो सकती है, लेकिन वह रजिस्ट्री वाद के अंतिम निर्णय के अधीन रहेगी। यदि न्यायालय द्वारा कोई Stay Order या निषेधाज्ञा पारित नहीं किया गया है, तो जमीन पर कार्य कराया जा सकता है। परंतु बाद में कोर्ट के निर्णय के अनुसार अधिकार प्रभावित हो सकते हैं। इसलिए जमीन पर किसी भी प्रकार का निर्माण या कार्य शुरू करने से पहले संबंधित वाद, आदेश एवं दस्तावेजों की विधिवत जांच आवश्यक है।”
