Nuisance created by flat owner by blocking passage of vehicle

my parking is behind a neighbor's allotted parking lot and we need to adjust our vehicles to move. all other parking lot owners are foladjusting cordially with each other. my neighbor refuses to move his vehicle citing that it is solely his property and as such, I am not able to use my parking or my vehicle properly since last 2 years

In such a case , I have to see your agreement and the neighbours too. All I need to know is whether you talked to your developer or not. First , you have to make a representation to the developer as well as the committee and to the said neighbour also. On the basis of the agreement and your representation, any legal action could be initiated.
