Non payment of sbi credit card

Hi All,
I have sbi credit card and i have not paid the due amount from last 8 months and now i got a call from tees hazari court advocate that arrest warrant issued against you for the section 156,106 and 420. Will i go to jail for non payment of credit card i e 70k?
Hi, by looking at the facts , all I can say is that had that been the case, you'd have got a call from the PS, but the offence quoted by you cannot be charged under any of the above sections except 420.
But yes, the bank can definitely bring a suit for recovery of the amount and interest against you and also under section 138 NI act provided you had issued any cheque against the payment to the bank and yes, a non bailable warrant can be issued against you in that case.
