Noise Problem from a restaurant in a residential area.

My residential area comes under the silent zone. A restaurant has opened beside my society wall . They organize live singing program from Friday to Sunday, from 7.00 p.m to late night. Irrespective of personal requests, they continue to create nuisance. I have also complained about it on police helpline and Police even came and warned them but problem has still not resolved (no complaint number was provided to me).
Kindly guide how to proceed legally.
