Noise pollution from load speaker please advise

Recent days, I am facing heavy noise pollution at my home due to operation of devotional songs at the private temple premises and now they fitted speaker 15 feet near to my bed room. I took a sampling test with noise monitoring machine at my home seems to be greater than 55 dB(A). If I am going to approach National green tribunal, what kind of evidence should I need to submit before the NGT. How this investigation will get started and how long will it take place to complete. I have a 70 years

You can file petition for National Green Tribunal for seeking direction nuisance. The every citizen is entitled right to life in India. The constitution of India Article 21 it is very clearly stated that, every citizen enjoying peaceful life it is fundamental right given by constitution of India. The Hon'ble Supreme Court Judgment clearly states that, every citizen right to enjoying peaceful life. So you can file petition for seeking direction for nuisance committed by opposite party and you must produce documents.
