To apply for a No Caste No Religion Certificate in Tamil Nadu, the applicant must submit a written declaration that they do not belong to any caste or religion, and that their parents have also raised them without any caste/religion identity. This certificate is issued by the Revenue Department after proper inquiry. Procedure: 1. Write a request letter addressed to the Tahsildar of your Taluk. 2. Attach the following: Applicant's Birth Certificate Aadhar Card Parent's ID Proof School Transfer Certificate (if it shows no caste/religion, it helps) Self Declaration & Parent’s Declaration 3. Submit the documents at the Taluk Office. 4. Revenue officials will conduct a field inquiry. 5. Upon satisfaction, the Tahsildar will issue the certificate. This certificate is mainly used for educational and identity purposes. Contact us at Rajendra Law Office LLP for drafting declarations and legal support.
