Neighbours are disputing the boundary

We own a farm land for more than 100 years , we have registered document, has separate sub division and Patta. We measured our boundary twice one during sub division and when neighbours disputed. our boundaries are coming correct and even there is small encroachment by neighbours . We got the boundary certificate from surveyor as well. during both the surveys the surveyor did not lay the boundary stones as the neighbours disputed. The neighbours are not allowing us to do fencing.
