Neighbour kids making noise till 10:30 or sometimes till 11pm everyday

We live in a residential area where kids are playing till 10:30 and sometimes till 11pm. They make a lot of noise which is obvious because they are kids. But it is disturbing my studies and concentration. What can be done to reduce it so that they stop playing after 10pm. What legal advice would you give me? Also is it fair to question this or am I being unreasonable?
neighbor's kids are playing and making excessive noise at night, document the dates and times, then approach the parents politely. If unresolved, file a formal complaint with your housing society or Resident Welfare Association (RWA). For persistent issues after hours, contact local police or dial emergency services (like 100 or 112 in India) to report a public nuisance.
