Neighbour denying to give our land

We are the third party to buy this land . The first party is his ancestors property.. since there was no enough place in the entrance of the house he purchased extra three feet from his mom. But this extra three feet is not in the record. And the first has built a compound in two sides . Now we as the third party purchased. Our neighbour side where there no compound, has now built compound on our sanitary tank.. denying to give our land..
