Need your help about a rights of a flat purcheser

I bought a flat from the developer, downstairs at the back.
Now the developer wants to build a public toilet near my bedroom window.
Which will cause harm to my family in the future.
How can I solve this situation?
we can send a letter to the developer regarding this issue and asking reply on our questions, after getting reply from the developer we can able to understand what to do next.
It can help us in future if there is any problem arise from the act done by the developer than we show tmcan show our copy of letter as an evidence.
