need to return the money for the job but need some time to return

I received cash for a job that never happened, and I need to repay everyone who gave me money. For that, I gave a check for security. I already gave nearly 2 lakhs, and I still need to give some money, but it will take time. I've been asking them for a while, and they're getting angry because they don't want to wait. Threatening to post your photo on social media and beat you with local goons. I'm not running anywhere, and my parents have accepted responsibility for providing cash, need time.

Lodge police complaint immediately against threats u/s 351 BNS (criminal intimidation) and Sec 75 IT Act for social media threats. Execute written repayment schedule with witnesses. Threats and extortion are non-compoundable; cheque misuse can attract Sec 138 NI Act. Seek protection.
