Name spelling correction in parivar register if name is transferred

I need to attach parivar nakl of my mayka for my obc certificate.spelling of name and my birth date is incorrect.panchayat secretary is saying that we can't correct it now as your name is transferred in 2012 after your marriage.now all details has gone online so we can't correct it.what should I do to correct it

go to tehsil and there is a procedure that u have to follow which can help u to correct your name rest its not that big problem u can contact me i will guide u in .about all what's required. tell me the place of your birth where r you living now and where r u married i mean tell me all the places
