name correcton process of self and father in pan card

my AADHAR my EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATES and my VOTER ID has my name as " R SANTOSH KUMAR " and my father's name as " R LACHANNA ". Whereas my name in pan card is written as " RAJANA SANTOSH KUMAR " and my father name is written as " LACHANNA VENKAYYA RAJANA " Now i want to correct my pan for that they are asking to give gazette name change wqant to do

first you have to do an affidavit from the first class magistrate from a district court of your jurisdiction and then paper publication. after that you can apply to the department to change the said name and surname.

namaste. if I can understand your question correctly, you are requesting for a change of name for which you have to get an affidavit done by a lawyer for changing the name on the verification documents.
