Name correction in cbse board certificate

Please suggest the procedure to insert a middle name to father's name in cbse 10th board certificate issued in 2019.
There is a procedure for the same provided the by the cbse , you have to first make an affidavit before the district magistrate and after than apply through proper channel to cbse, it typically gets processed within 3 months, generally by this way the issue gets resolved, however if there is any objection from cbse then we can proceed with a writ petition before the hon'ble high court and get it done
