Dear Sir/Madam, How to change my daughter's name (11 years) "LAVANYA" in place of "NAVANYA" which is wrongly made. documents available in correct name (LAVANYA): E PAN CARD, E RATION CARD & BIRTH CERTIFICATE is gadget making mandatory? if yes how much cost it will be?
