Since your passport holds the highest legal and international validity, the name format in your passport — First Name: Sathishraja, Surname: Manokaran Vennila — will be considered the authoritative spelling for official and travel purposes. To avoid future legal and procedural issues, you should standardize all your documents to match the passport format. You may file an affidavit for name clarification before a Notary Public and publish the same in the Government Gazette, which can then be used to apply for name correction or unification in Aadhar, PAN, Driving License, and TC.
