My lawyer is ignoring me and my case wt should I do ?

My case is going on in Jaipur Highcourt for more than 11 years now My lawyer is not taking my case seriously every time of hearing of my case he told me your no. didn't came, suddenly it started to show online that my case is disposed off as I take it back -I didn't took it back when I asked my lawyer he said some technical mistake is there he will put up an application and everything will be fine and it's been one and half month since then he isnt picking my call and ignoring me
