Agar aapki zameen chaaron taraf se ghiri hui hai aur koi rasta nahi diya ja raha hai, to aap kanooni roop se “Right of Easement” ka daawa kar sakte hain. Indian Easements Act ke tahat agar kisi vyakti ki bhoomi tak pahunch ka koi rasta nahi hai, to use najdeeki zameen se avashyak rasta lene ka adhikar hota hai. Sabse pehle aap apne zameen ke kagaz, naksha (map) aur registry check karvaen. Agar baatcheet se hal na nikle to aap Civil Court me easement right ke liye suit file kar sakte hain aur rasta dilwane ki maang kar sakte hain. Court survey aur saboot ke aadhaar par faisla karegi. Is sambandh me poori jankari ke liye sthaniya vakil se milkar documents dikhana uchit rahega
