Aapke case mein educational certificate, Aadhar card aur father ke surname mein mismatch hai. Yeh ek common issue hai aur isko resolve karne ke liye niche diye gaye steps follow kar sakte hain: Affidavit banwaye – Pehle ek Notarized Affidavit banwaye jisme aap clearly mention karein ki aapka naam/surname/caste ek hi vyakti ka hai, sirf documents mein spelling ya entry ka fark hai. Isme sabhi documents (certificate, Aadhar, father ka ID) ka reference dena hoga. Newspaper Publication – Affidavit banwane ke baad, do local newspapers (ek Hindi, ek English) mein name/surname correction ka public notice publish karwaye. Gazette Notification (optional but strong proof) – Agar aap chahte hain ki yeh permanent legal record ban jaye, to State/Central Gazette mein bhi notification karwa sakte hain. Correction Application – In documents (affidavit + newspaper cutting) ke sath concerned department (education board, UIDAI, etc.) mein correction application submit karein. Court Declaration Suit – Agar department correction karne se mana kare ya matter complicated ho, to Civil Court mein Declaration Suit (under Section 34 of Specific Relief Act) file kar sakte hain, jisme court order se naam ekjut kiya ja sakta hai. Zyadatar cases mein affidavit + gazette se hi kaam ho jata hai, court jana last resort hai.

Agar sirf father ke surname ka mismatch Educational Certificates, Aadhaar, PAN ya Caste Certificate mein hai, to pehle ye verify karein ki kis document mein correct details hain. Agar Aadhaar mein error hai to usse update karwa sakte hain. Agar Educational Certificates mein error hai to concerned Board/University se correction ke liye apply karna hoga. Agar surname legally change hua hai, to Gazette Notification, Affidavit ya anya supporting documents ki zarurat pad sakti hai. Exact remedy batane ke liye sabhi documents dekhna zaroori hoga.
