Masjid committee's power issues conflicts

Hi Sir, For the registration of Masjid land there was a committee of 5members, is this legally get authority to management committee privileges for the masjid. Out of 5 members one is expired, one is escaped from India due to financial issues.two are not in masjid located village. So last one person registered a management committee with new members and new committee is managing last 4months. If old people come back telling your committee is not legal then what should we do as new committee.

Masjid committe is constituted to manage the affairs of the masjid. As the matter herein all the members have been occupied in their activities as such constituting of new member for smooth running of Majid activities is mandatory
