LOOKING FORWARD LISTENING FROM YOU THANKING YOU
A cheque which have lost 8 years ago have no validity considering the recent changes in the cheque leaves issued by the banks, In the second line of your quarry, you have stated that you have closed your bank account and returned your cheque book. I presumes that you have closed your father's bank account and not yours. Hope you have intimated about the lost cheque to the bank while closing the bank account. If any complaint or suit is filed based on the lost cheque, it is hard to PROVE transaction beyond doubt.
