Legal Heir certificate Of Property

My late grandfather has no death certificate and aadhar card. His name is in 1935 khatian as Sukra Lohar jointly with his brother. My father recently changed his name as Bhokna Kerketta in aadhar card as per the surname used by our paternal relative in the village of Ranchi district.My father is the only legal heir of my late grandfather's property. At present the paternal relative is using my late grandfather's property.At present my father is living in West Bengal permanently. How do I make a legal heir certificate for my father?

आपके केस में Legal Heir Certificate (वारिस प्रमाण पत्र) बन सकता है, लेकिन कुछ अतिरिक्त स्टेप्स लेने पड़ेंगे क्योंकि death certificate और Aadhaar उपलब्ध नहीं है। नीचे पूरा प्रोसेस समझिए: 1. पहले Death Proof तैयार करें अगर death certificate नहीं है, तो आपको: ग्राम पंचायत/नगर निगम से Death Certificate के लिए आवेदन करना होगा अगर रिकॉर्ड नहीं है, तो affidavit + 2 गवाहों का प्रमाण देना पड़ेगा पुराने दस्तावेज (जैसे pension book, khatian entry, गांव के रिकॉर्ड) भी लगाइए
