Land Registration Under Gandhi Kutir Yojan

A govt land 2 biswa allotted to me in 1997 for making house under Gandhi Kutir Yojna. But i am late to register the land in my name due to some financial issues, can it possible now

Yes need to file suit for declaration, are you in possession of the land and you must have allotment order and receipt of fee deposited in treasury. Which tehsil and district you are also mention the same
