सर, हमारा 25 मीटर का आवास विकास में घर है उसमें हमने दो मंजिला निर्माण और 2.5 फुट का छज्जा और छज्जे पर टॉयलेट बना रखा है और पूरा छज्जा खाली है, हमारे पड़ोसी ने हमसे बदला लेने के चक्कर मे हमारी खिलाफ शिकायत की है जबकि पूरे आवास विकास, 16 सेक्टर पूरी दूनिया में छज्जे बने हुए है। फिर हम अपना छज्जा क्यो हटाए और बैसे भी २.5 फुट तो बना सकते है ना धूप और बारिश से बचने के लिए अब बताओ आप कि क्या करे , कोई ऐसा नियम है जहां इसके बारे मे कुछ हो, हमारे पड़ोसी को कोई दिक्कत नही भी नहीं हो रही। कोई सुझाव दीजिए
आप सबसे पहले प्राधिकरण में अपना लिखित जवाब दें की मकान का नक्शा प्राधिकरण के नियमों के अधीन है और आस पास में सबके छज्जे बने हुए है और पड़ोसी नें दुश्मनी के कारण ऐसा किया है, समानता के अधिकार का उपयोग करें right to equity artical 14 का उपयोग करें और सिविल कोर्ट या उच्च न्यायालय में तुरंत स्टे के लिए याचिक दायर करें या अपने क्षेत्र के प्रतिनिधि सांसद या विधायक से संपर्क करें। और किसी अनुभवी वकील से संपर्क करें और अपने कानूनी दस्तावेज तैयार करें
