Issue of Domicile Certificate in Gujarat for admission in MBBS

I am a 17 year old girl wishing to pursue MBBS in Gujarat for which I require domicile certificate. How do I proceed?

Generally, the Educational institution are understanding enough to let go such conditions for admission. But if they don't understand, then one has to file for it before the concerned District Collector office and in case they also deny then one has to approach the High Court so that admission procedure can move forward.
