I want to know that pegion taking as a pet in home is legal or illegal in durgapur?

Keeping a pigeon as pet is completely legal. However, you have to take appropriate permissions from the concerned authorities such as Municipal Corporation and/or the Forest department. You also have to take proper steps to ensure the well-being of the pet.
