Is Dutta and Datta legally same

In Adhar the name is Sujoya Dutta and in academic it is Sujoya Datta. Is there will be any problem?

There maybe problems. Just like Bharat is Bharat, but Eendia is not India, Datta maybe दत्ता, but Dutta may not be Datta! It is just a matter of a syllable which would hardly cause you any trouble. However, if you ever find yourself in one, get an Affidavit sworn into through a good lawyer and put it before the authority/entity/corporation and the same will be easily taken care of.
