Drinking in our own shop in commercial area is an offence in delhi or not
No it is not offence if there are no other additional circumstances involved, e.g drinking in that particular area has been prohibited by some special law etc.
However, action can be taken against you if create public nuisance or cause inconvenience to others after drinking as it would be an offence under section 268 of IPC.
