I am working in an Autonomous organization under Ministry of Culture-Govt of India. In an official transaction, my superior officer charged me and recovered my salary intentionally. I filed Writ Petition at Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. I got Interim Stay for their illegal proceeding on 06.11.2023. My Employer engaged a Government authorized Lawyer. But, that lawyer is not filed any counder affidavit as on now even lapsed more than 4 months. I am not understanding their strategy. Pl advis.
